Linked file keep showing the items not inside the view range

We have the architecture's file linked into the MEP drawing, but when we worked on certain floors, some of the lower floor fixtures keep showing on that floor. The view range is set to that certain floor already. The circled fixtures are not on that floor, but still shown.

Are those fixtures on the floor above or below? Are they placed correctly?

What is your view range set to? Share a screenshot.

Here is the view range, all the top, bottom and cut plane are referring to the third floor. The locations are correct. It is showing the third floor itself, and the Plumbing fixtures on the 1st floor and 2nd floor.

On 2nd floor, it will show the 2nd floor itself, and fixtures on 1st floor. So it is accumulating information from lower floor.

Is the View Depth also referencing the same level as the main range settings?

i know its the Arch model, but could the toilet have an element(s) above/below the modeled extents?

For example... it has Symbolic/Model lines placed at an inappropriate elevation above or below the fixture.

This is the visibility that I have chosen. Is there anywhere else that I should check?

I didn't find extra element at that location on the architect's model. I have turned on all the visibility.

Not sure if this is helpful to solve my issue. But when I was checking on the architect's model, I have found that I am not able to check this floor plan's view range.

Hey, all. Problem solved. I set the view range setting to host view in the link setting, and it solved the problem.

you probably cant edit the view range in the arch model because there is a View Template applied. the View Template is probably locking the view range.
