      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data in file missing and need to be manually recovered&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This error show when i open file on bim 360 cloud&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I search and i see i should clear collaporation and paccache folders&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But i cant find these folders on my computer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How i can find these files?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Collaboration cache folder location C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit ####\CollaborationCache&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;PacCache folder location&amp;nbsp;C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\PacCache&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
