you can create a normal schedule to read your panel info. thats your best answer. you can not pull a panel information into a typical panel schedule from a linked model. you can create a normal schedule of the panels and check the lined files box and it will read the parameters and have it at least scheduled and then arrange it as needed.

We are working on (2) projects - one is a shell contract and the other is the tenant contract for that shell. In the shell model, we have to have the electrical panel schedules filled out so that the shell contractor can purchase the correct size and quantity of breakers. In the tenant model, we are circuiting receptacles, lighting, etc. and the loads show up in the tenant schedule. Is there a way to have the tenant panel schedules show in the shell model?

I don't have an answer to question, but I have a question for you - what parameter are you using to show SE Rated box on your schedule? I haven't found an OOTB parameter for that.

Until Revit 2022, it is not possible to use Panel Schedule in linked files, so if you need them in a sheet, this sheet will have to be created in the linked file.

I’ll probably be shot down in flames for suggesting this but have you considered making it one model with different phases? (construction phases, not electrical phases).

- Create the PDF without a titleblock in the link model and save it to a shared location
