Get tube length inside walls

Hi,

Any idea of get the length of electrical conduits inside walls?

I created parameters (yes/no) in my conduits and fittings to mark those are on walls, but I can't do it on tubes there aren't fully inside walls, like the tube in the bellow image. This one have just a small part inside it.

Clash detection in Navis could do it, or Dynamo.

You want to know what portion of a conduit is running thru a wall out of the entirety of the run?

like @iainsavage suggested you can do a clash detection to see where there at. but that wont give you distances or lengths. Only thing can think of is to Break the conduit run at those locations and use your Y/N parameter on the segment in the wall. You can make a Coupling/Joint that is minimal in size so you wont see it and the wall line would cover the break in the pipe if you wanted to hide that.

I thought on split the tubes and mark those are inside wall, but the work necessary will be more then manually count and sum.

I think would be nice have a plan view highlighting the tubes inside walls and the lenght of them.

Can Revit at least highlight tubes section through walls?

I don't know how to use and I don't have access to Autodesk Navisworks.

the Interference checking tool inside of Revit will show you where the conduit is penetrating walls/floors. it will not give you lengths, but will display there location.

It showed me the elements that pass inside walls, but not only their part on it. I'm thinking Revit just can't do it.

Without using Dynamo or another plug-in, it is not possible.
