    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/559860"&gt;@hmunsell&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Since you are using families if you are setting up a parameter to drive the movement of the reference plane it is fixed to then how would you go about moving the reference plane to the center of the family because you cannot drive an if statement with family types.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;use Reference Planes and align your nested families to the reference planes.&amp;nbsp; Dimension to the reference planes, not the objects when ever possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4978971"&gt;@pe_simon&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I instead just created a reference line at the center of the cube family and aligned the nozzle family to that. It is working now here is the fixed family.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
