Anyone knows how to change the system classification, if is locked?Even separating the components the parameters remain locked

Is this Fabrication MEP Duct which you are now using or are you mixing Revit ducts with fabrication parts?

...but to answer your question for Revit ducts, the classification will usually be driven by the connectors on the mechanical equipment and air terminals.

You can force a change by tab-selecting unitl you have the system selected (or you can select it via the system browser) then delete the system. Then you have to add a new duct to the system of the classification which you want and the system will adopt that classification however this is likely to cause you problems later on if you start to analyze flows and pressures because there will be conflicts between the duct system and the terminals/equipment.

In this example the duct classification matches the connectors on the air terminals and the flowrates populate correctly in the Revit ducts:

But the fabrication ducts and parts do NOT have a system and do not support flowrates:

Not Yet, I made a try but I went back on my own to finish the Revit Duct. As I can see none of ducts seems come from Parts but system classification differences are not easy to change..

Another help I need from you to solve: To calculate surfaces Fittings: I'm trying to use shared parametres, and use Formulas either looking through old Revit forum queries, either from web sites on geometry calculations formula , but, to calculate Flexible Ducts surfaces and fittings with transictions from rectangular to circular do you know a way? These connectors below are set to Supply Air but you have them connected to Return Air ducts.

So as I said earlier this causes problems in the system.

Change the connectors in the family to Return Air with a direction of In.

When the family is reloaded the ducts and fittings will change to Return Air classification.

These connectors below should be set to Supply Air and with direction of Out.

These fittings below are not properly connected hence the confusion in system type:

These fittings are 1000x400mm but the connector on the heatpump is 1000x440mm

The fittings are not aligned to the centreline of the connection on the heatpump:

Get them aligned and then drag each fitting to the connector of the adjacent one until they are all connected and the warning triangles disapear:

Use tab-select to select the exhaust system in this fitting, then delete the system:

Then do the same for these two fittings:

They will then adopt the supply air system which they are connected to.

I don't understand why if changed the reverse orientation of flux of connectors, between two same family one gives not problems the other says that the segment has been drawn on the wrong side. What would that mean?

I'm not sure what you have done here - the only thing that I can think of is that you have misunderstood what I meant by changing the connector direction to "In".

Did you reverse the direction of the connector so that the Z axis was pointing into the family? If so that is not what I meant:

What I meant was to change the connector setting from "Bidirectional" to "In" at the proprties pallette. Z axis should still point out of the family but the flow direction should be In.:
