      <title>Lose access to cloud folder and this folder is empty</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While working in a cloudshared model I went to sync and received an error that I didn't have access to the cloudshared folder so I saved the model and closed revit re-started my computer and tried to open the project again. I now get this message when I click to open BIM360 through revit "This folder is empty". I have normal access through the BIM360 website. I tried clearing internet cache although I was unable to delete the PacCache folder. How do I regain access?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
