I have been testing around with a few files of mine to confirm, and I am sure they are all available according to their version.

If you have a Hub with Revit 2017 files, these will be seen in Revit 2017, and so the same happens with Revit 2018.

I would recommend trying an eTransmit of the Revit 2017 into Revit 2018, and the files should be visible once upgraded. Important to note, is that when you save the files in 2018 version, do not overwrite your 2017, but rename them instead.

When opening the files, BIM 360 and BIM 360 Team have lead me to all the Hubs I have access to, so in your case, I would check which Hub it is you are opening.

So what you said is that i must open in localy what i have in BIM360 Team (*.rvt 2017) and register as a rvt. files in localy (rvt.2018) and after that create a new file in the BIM 360 Team.

And when you have many files who make this ? If it's this the solution, for me it's not a solution.

When you have many files, you can use eTransmit, as you can copy a model and its dependent files to a single folder for transmission.

The information is best described in the article about eTransmit, which you can review if you click >HERE<.

If you're going to be collaborating you all have to be on the same version, so if you're working with another firm who only have 2017, then you need to be on 2017 also. You can't change versions between collaborators on Team, its 2106, 17, or 18

For what it's worth this is a Revit design (Versions only working with same versions, for example you cannot link a 2017 model into a 2018 model).

You can upgrade a project in place without creating a new one following these instructions.

The e-transmit lessons the burden of bulk upgrading the models, but you would have to re-initiate them to the project one at a time.

Yes I have found how to do, that' is ok, but anyway these solutons are complicated for simple users, and when they have many files that's take a long time. I still don't understand why you can (Autodesk) create a easier and shorter way to update revit files in cloud

Its not really complicated at all. Instead of having the files on a local server/drive, they are in the Cloud and you decide when you Publish the latest versions so that everyone else on the team can see the version they want to look at.
