Stay away from fishing companies. Do a good research first. The reason for good reviews mixed with a majority of bad reviews is that sometimes the company hires good instructors. Usually the company does not pay those instructors, or pays them only after a long struggle, so those instructors never come back. So, the next time, the company hires bad, cheaper instructors (who probably won't be paid either). That explains why sometimes clients get very good training and sometimes very bad training. These companies are just after your money, and they want you to pay in advance. They "fish" clients with fancy advertising about courses they have no clue about, but once the client has paid, the company searches and "fishes" an instructor, usually someone who has never worked with them before, someone who didn't do a good research either. The company won't be able to fool the same instructor or the same client twice, but the cycle repeats. They will find another client and another instructor. But sooner or later, word of mouth and the exchange of information on the internet have an effect, causing those companies to go out of business.

Search for companies that have been a good service provider for many years, companies with consistent good reviews, clientele and reputation, and instructors who have consistent good reviews and good reputation as well. Don't waste your time and money with those fishing companies.

And if you want to report them, do it. But do it to the proper entity. The Chamber of Commerce in your city, Better Business Bureau, or similar. That would be more effective than contacting Autodesk. I don't think Autodesk can do anything about the litigation. However, I think they can remove the title of ATC to a company, and I think they can remove a company from a list of providers. It's a matter of finding out who in Autodesk manages that topic.

My partner booked and paid nearly £1000 for an online Revit training with ‘Training Square London Ltd.’ They are fraudulent. The course never happened. They did not offer a refund. I am now pursuing this company through the banking systems. They should be removed as an Authorised Training Centre (ATC). I have reviewed feedback going back some years on Google, https://www.google.com/search?channel=nrow5&client=firefox-b-d&q=training+square+reviews#lrd=0x48761cad775b4eb5:0xc5d90ecd08adc31f,1,,, It is truly shocking how many other users have had such poor experience.

Is there a way to make a formal complaint to Autodesk and have them removed as an ATC?

Sad to see this has happened to you. Normally Autodesk cannot stop independent training who claimed they are Autodesk certified. I've seen multiple trainer advertise on twitter, linkined, facebook and etc. Sadly I wouldn't bother with those since they aren't register with Autodesk authorized training center. I would rather if you check with Autodesk Website for legitimate training thru their authorized trainer at your location.

https://www.autodesk.com/training/authorized-training-centers

@Anonymous

Whatever you are doing here is not advisable, you have no justifiable right to do it and no one, including Autodesk will take you seriously. You stated that they have so many bad reviews; however, doing a quick search, they same to have gotten a lot of good reviews as well (on google as well as other platforms).

If you believe that you have been scammed, they are a registered service provider operating in the UK so you can simply you should press charges and sort that out in court. Only then you might have chances that someone from Autodesk might take your complain seriously.

@Anonymous

Hi, very sad to read your post. I had exactly the same experience with Training Square London Ltd. eight days ago. Despite promising a refund, this has not happened. So I lost money, I lost days working and I had to find a course elsewhere.

I would be happy for YOU to try as you clearly are an employee. By your
very defence of this company, you have a self interest. Better if you
refund peoples money before the SFO start investigating.
