Hello,

I have just started modelling on Revit and I came across a problem when working around the flooring. The flooring comes out of the 1st floor and the block can be seen from the downstairs entrance, I would like to know how to fix it so it doesn't not show and is covered by brick. I do apologize if it is a simple fix, as I am still learning Revit.

I try to think how that would be built in real life, then try to model it that way.

You could edit the opening in the wall (select the wall and edit profile)

You could add a extra section of wall at that height and width (setting top and bottom constraints)

Yeah, I think they are already joined. I've included the file in this message if it makes it easier to look into, as I am not sure why is it not working.

@Anonymous

How exactly do you want it to work? Many ways and thing can be done

Example:

Split the bottom face of the FLoor slab

Paint the split part of the floor and the bottom of the wall with brick material

An Alternative is to add a soffit
