Opening Revit Disrupts Internet Connection; Revit 2020

Hello all,

About 1 in 10 times I open a Revit file, typically of larger size, my internet craps out in the middle of booting up the project. I'm connected to my office via Ethernet, and my company says they recently upgraded their download/upload speeds, so I'm wondering what's happening here. If I restart my computer/troubleshoot the problem using the wizard/manually reset my ethernet cable this solves my problem. That said, I'd like to know what ways I could prevent this from happening, as IT is stumped.

try to audit file before opening and install latest updates from autodesk and see if helps. thanks

I have purged the file and downloaded updates. I'm assuming this is a firm internet thing.
