Stairs can't seem to be cut and landings are not connected

I have two stairs

The first one is clearly above the section boxes, but can't be cut by any kind of sections

The second one has no problem with section, but the landing and the run are not connected, thus giving problem with the stair annotation.

Can someone tell me my mistake?

In both cases the mistake is more or less constructive

For the Stair with errors

You modeled this stair as non-continuous runs that is all what the prompt message is telling you
This is not really a mistake, lots of time one needs to model stair in such a way (non-continuous) - in the stairs you modeled it unnecessary though...you can do it in one run and get rid of the prompts (similar to the other sketched stair)
That said...such shape (centered winder with no gap between runs) do not work with concrete construction (works better for light structure such as wood or steel

Stair not being Cut by box:

The settings you specified for the whole stair (tread/riser/structural depth/...) altogether do not work for concrete stairs with overlapping runs. Either change the stair settings Or add a gap between the 1st and 2nd run
For the bottom side of the winder to turn smoothly you might nee to adjust the structural depth of the run
Another thing you need to watch out for are values such as 0,0008m for tread thickness...these make components go crazy. If you intend to paint the stair, then you do not need a Tread...simply use the paint tool
