Schedule Sub-Header Graphics

Hello - I'm having an issue editing the graphics of sub-headers in Revit. I'm not even entirely sure it's possible to do, but wanted to ask.

I have a Schedule that is sorted by a hidden "Comments" Field, and this field is used as a header. I want to format these "sub-header" cells so that the text is bold and the background is light gray. Is this even possible? Two images below - The Table with the light gray background is what I'm going for, the Table without is what I'm stuck with now. It's the area that says "A-Pavements" that I'm trying to update the graphics for to match the above.

Firstly - You can rename a Parameter in the Formatting Tab to Read something Elsie which is more inline with your requirements

Then to add colour use the shading Option

Thanks for your reply Jay. I apologize, but I believe I left out a crucial detail in my initial post. There are multiple of these headers. Globally controlling the graphics of these headers is what's getting me. I know this could be done if each "sub-header" was it's own schedule, but practically speaking I want to keep all of this in one. See below. I have the headers named correctly now, but I can't seem to access these cells to edit them via the shading tool like you suggest.

aren't they referring more to the headers within Sorting/Grouping rather than column headers? Because if so, this technique won't work.

Not possible unfortunately

Alternatively you could have forced force Conditional Formatting colour to the Rows but as its hidden this is not Feasible.

Unfortunately First Row Stripe did not work. Looks like the comment field that I'm using as a sub-header is missed entirely by the effect. Still - even if it was striped, I'm not looking to stripe every other data row.

It's crazy that this isn't possible especially considering when you edit the schedules revit shades that cell in the schedule editing but when you get to the sheet it's unshaded!
