Alignment lines not working?

Alignment lines aren't working when I try and align views on sheets recently version 2020. Is there a toggle to turn those on and off? Even doing the simple ascent courseware aligning elevations does not work. Elevations with the same levels and grids will not show the alignment (blue dashed lines) when moving the views on the sheets. Similarly with view titles. They are not aligning anymore. Never had this happen before, setting?? Thanks.

Manage > Snap > Untick Snap Off box (or use keyboard shortcut <SO>), and tick Snap to Remote Objects.
