Keynoting bug?

Hi!

So, I am using keynotes in this project. All works fine.
But, whenever i try to number "by sheet", something weird happens. It says <varies> on the keynote text. I know the revit is numbering the same number 2 different keynotes, and so, displaying "< varies>", BUT if it's Revit that is numbering the same value to two different keynotes, what can be done to fix this?

And when i enable from the keynote legend the "itemize by instance filter / sorting", it shows 2 different keynotes....

Any tips?

Looks like you have two 2s in your Keynote File. Sort by Text.

Edit: never mind the comment below. I realize the 2 keynotes do have different Keynote Numbers DM1.3 and DM2.4. Can you share the keynote text file?

Sure!

But I don't think that's the problem because, when I don't "number by sheet", all works well, the thing only occurs when "number by sheet" is chosen!

Not when I try to "number by sheet"... it repeats the numbering.....

I meant the Keynote Legend: Filter tab.

That's right. You are numbering by Sheet and you Sorted by Text. Now you see two 2s - not "varies". Isn't that what you wanted?
