I have my language set to English on my profile. The issue seems to only happen on the forum. The content of the messages is in english. It seems to just be UI related elements that are in Chinese, and only in the forum.

@barthbradley Is your UI like this as well?

@barthbradley Is your UI like this as well?

I'm not quite sure it the interface is different when it happens to me. All I know is that it has happened to me many times over the past year or two.

or, when you drill down on a thread topic, does a "Translate" drop-down menu show up?
