Perspective Sections have inconsistent line weights

Hello everyone,

I'm totally at a loss right now. We are exporting some section perspectives to JPG, and some of them are coming out nicely, and others have thick line weights, while other have huge line weights. They all share the same View Template. Thoughts?

Do you have Silhouettes turned on?

Temporary change the Perspective to Orthographic, change the view scale, then change it back to Perspective.

You can easily nail the issue down if you place the views on sheet prior to export.

isn't it a super strange behavior, that the line weights of the perspective view is influenced by the scale of the orthogonal view? Why is there a separate line weight settings dialog for perspective views? What is your best practice before changing from orthogonal to perspective? Change scale to 1:1 ?
