Unable to change the walls foreground without having it applied to the rest of the other walls.

Does anyone know how to change one part of the wall to just vertical and then the rest horizontal? It seems when I go into edit assembly and click on the first material and go into Foreground that I make the change I want for that wall, that it applies to the rest of the walls. Despite duplicating the type of material.

You could use 2 different Wall Types. Duplicate the wall and give it a new name (call one horizontal and the other Vertical?). Then change the surface material of the new wall Type. select the wall to change, and change the type to the new wall type.

Be sure you are making a copy of the assets and changing the new one. If you copy the material, but don't copy the asset then changing one will change all.

Good Point @sgoodmansen.... Always forget that part LOL.... Select the material and duplicate it also, then change the Surface Pattern for the new material too.
