Hi @hanna.tammiste !

From the info you provide, it sounds and looks like a family issue, maybe corrupted families in your file. And if this happens in new projects, the problem family (or families) might be preloaded to your template and/or in your content library. I could give you links to some self-help troubleshooting guides but if you prefer, and are able to, it might be easiest if you could share a sample problem model that crashes your Revit 2023, so I (and others in this forum) can help you identify the root cause and help you fix it.

Fatal error

Everything worked until Friday afternoon with REVIT 2023. Such a problem occurred on Friday afternoon. I tried to replace the 900mm door in the model with a 1000mm door and an error appeared.
I tried every way. Import a new door family, then such an error occurred.
And when you press delete type, a fatal error appears and REVIT turns itself off.
I can't open any old project like 2019 version. Such an error appeared when you press cancel a fatal error massage appeared and REVIT turns itself off.
You also cannot use the Split chair to cut the wall. A fatal error appears and REVIT shuts itself down.
When I start a new project from template, I can only make a wall. No doors or windows can be added. All the same errors will appear.
