Auto Route

I have drawn a line from one duct to another and aligned that section with the line itself it has worked with the past 2 ducts that ive done however for some reason this one duct isn't working out any thoughts ?

Are you saying Revit can't get the connection no matter how you approach? If so, something else is going on here then if you've made this same connection elsewhere in the Project. Post the file and let us take a look at it.

I have in the screenshot you can see that there is another spout next to it done the same way and it worked.
