&lt;P&gt;You have a difference between actual and desired. So Revit expects two more risers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Either you edit the stairs and add those two risers or you decrease the amount of desired risers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When decreasing the amount of desired risers Revit might complain if you cross some set constraints (like min/max riserheight)&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got stairs, which are not reaching the above floor level (only CL&amp;nbsp; below), regardless of top offset?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please see attached,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your post,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changing the desired risers to match the actual lifted stairs to correct level, but the riser then exceeds 190mm - which is not allowed Australia.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to edit the top run "Relative Top Height", Which increases top run length (more goings).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
