Hi,

To get your concrete hatch pattern back, you can just copy it from another project into the one you are working on.

You could e.g. start a new project using the Construction or the Architectural template (doesn't matter which, just use one of the sample templates that come with Revit). Then go to Annotate tab in your ribbon, click on Region and then on Filled Region. When in sketch mode, click on Edit Type, then Duplicate the type (name it Concrete or whatever makes sense to you), then change the Foreground Fill Pattern to Concrete. Finally, create a simple filled region with your new pattern, then copy and paste it into your project.

Note that there other ways to get the pattern back, but perhaps this one is straight forward enough for most people with similar issues.

Hope this helps!

What do you mean you've "accidentally overwritten my concrete pattern". Do you mean you edited the Pattern Properties? If so, use Transfer Project Standards to transfer and overwrite Fill Patterns. But this will overwrite ALL Fill Patterns. Probably better to rename the Fill Pattern and then transfer it and NOT overwrite existing. Just check New Only.
