wall joints issue

I have two different wall attached, the first taller (dissected) and the lower in the pic, shorter.

After the 2023 installation some wall joints go wrong especially when two walls are adjacent. In 2021 versions everything were good (pic1)

but somethings has been changed

but if i prevent joint, above looks good as the 2021 version, but below the shorter wall, appear this problem.

Hey, this is interesting. How does the Revit 2021 file with this arrangement react when you open it in 2023?

anythings happen...when I open the 2021 file in 2023, appears up-to-date windows but does not show any particular alert...

issues seem to be generated when two adjacent walls have different heights.

I need to reply to my Message:

I need to create a parapet with the same wall but shorter, with a sill on the top.

but above the parapet, the wall should appear like this...

if i disallow joint it's correct

but now below the parapet, the wall looks like this...

Any suggestion?

Have you use plan region? Change the cut height above 1.62m.

it doesn't solve the problem, cause i need to see both in two different sheet views and send the draft to customer.

wall joint should be like this. In revit 2021 version it was correct and I don't now why!

I look at the file and it doesn't seems like there is a way to have the external finish wrap into the parapet opening. Only way to get this to work is to create a family with the built in parapet flashing and you adjust the wall closure depth. See attached

@syman2000 This wall joint has been changed in 2023 revit version. In 2021 version everything was correct.

Disallow Join and use Join Geometry.

My bad. They don't look correctly when disjointed and cut below the sill. Perhaps use an opening family with a built-in sill instead.

Instead of splitting the wall in plan, break it in elevation.

Have one wall go from your host level up to the sill. Then have the next wall go from your sill up to whatever height you need on both sides of the sill.

i don't know if i am wrong somethings but your solutions doesn't seems to works;
i've tried to break (1 meter) wall but underneath the cut walls are always 'separated'

Have you built the wall like this?

As others have mentioned you could also use a window family just containing the opening cut and the sill to accomplish the same thing if the walls are set to wrap at inserts.

Yes, I did, but the wall underneath the cut line is always separated.
The solution could be Windows Family as @syman2000 suggested.
