The tool you mentioned is, perhaps, from pyRevit plugin, but it only for mapping line styles

Without any plugins, you can select one item of text or line and select all similar items in entire project, then convert to another style

I am bringing multiple 2D details into a Revit "Warehouse / Library" project. The details are coming from multiple projects (many amalgamated companies) so text styles and line names are different. I remember seeing (Long ago in Revit training) a dialogue box where I could chose text style or a line type on the left side and attach it some how to the right side under the line or text it was suppose to become. Ie Text 2.5 black => Black Arial 3/32" I thought it was under Import but I can not find it.

I am selecting one line then "select all similar" and changing to line type desired. Same with text. There are over two hundred details from twenty different projects and multiple drafters. Now I am thinking a LISP routine.

LISP? Revit doesn't do LISP.

Use Dynamo scripts. It will be not so easy, but it can help you. Something like that

pyRevit worked wonderfully. Most Lines are to standard. For the text I pick a text and use "Select all in Project" not "Select all in View". There are a few times when the text shifts out of place but those are corrected as they are found.
