If I am making a new pattern with pyRevit that has an sort of complexity to it, I'll do my best on a first go around, and then try copying and pasting the pattern around so it actually starts to continue it. If I noticed I've made it so there are any overlapping or missing lines, I fix it in the original pattern. If you were to do that, you would notice that those bottom lines overlap the top lines, just as @Mike.FORM pointed out.

You can also actually simplify your pattern by cutting it in half. Its not totally necessary, but I like to have my patterns be as minimal as possible.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am struggling to get these extend lines out of the pattern that I create with PyRevit.

How can I solve this problem?

TIA

Try deleting the 2 horizontal lines at the bottom as shown.

Those lines are the same as the ones at the top and are drawing one on top of the other which is likely causing the issue.

You could also try drawing more of the pattern and using that with the pyrevit hatch creating.
