Weird graphics suggests the presence of a DWG file with very large extents. Is there a DWG file imported/linked into the model? If not then it suggests that the model itself is very far from the Revit Internal Origin. The fact that your dimension witness lines are not lined up with the walls wall is also a symptom of either circumstance.

There are 3 walls of the same wall type in the model show different graphically The detail level is set as medium.

Never ran into this situation before. Not sure what is set wrong?

Besides the issue mentioned above, I also noticed that

When I dimension the walls, the witness lines are off the wall finishes;

When I zoom in/out, the door frame changes the position compared to the walls.

I would guess it has something to do with the height of the walls or that they are slanted, but its impossble to tell from this image.

hmm...is your project 20 miles away from the origin of the project? This may cause the wall to display weird glitch similar to CAD DWG links. Just post a screenshot of your origin and survey point.

You are correct. Yesterday our BIM manager spent 3 hours to fix the whole model including relocating the model and fix most of the views.

Now I have new issue is whenever I use default 3D view or selection box, nothing showed up but just scope boxes. These a linked models.

The BIM mgr isn't finished... the scope boxes are probably based on the earlier extent. I'd delete them and create new ones based on where the model is relocated to.

Yes, those scope boxes are old and from a linked model which also has been fixed by moving closer to the origin. I had to go to the linked model and delete them. Now things seem to be alright.
