Grid dimensions move when moving crop region - Revit

Can anyone help me figure out what's causing this, obviously i dont want my dimensions to move when i move the crop region.
Annotation Crop is not on, grids are set to 2D, and it even happenns when you disable Crop View

I mean, nobody has replied yet and i haven't updated it so yeah i am still not sure what to do here.

I assume it has something to do with the 3D extends outside of the crop region but i dont know how to solve this when you almost always need a crop region smaller than the grid extends..

I feel like this is a bug, or an unwanted feature that should probably be solved by Autodesk instead of finding workarounds.

I never encountered this issue before in all the years I'm using Revit. Sounds more like a bug to me. Is this for one project file or multiple files. In case of one file you might want to try to pin your dimension after placement to avoid moving them around.
