This means that during installation it will have to download the whole software. This might give issues during installation&nbsp;when the network/internet is not 'stable'. Try to first download the complete software package before doing the installation.</P> <P>-Other software running that might interfer (e.g. preventing updates to the Visuall C++ files). Think about firewalls/virusscanners.
