    <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be several things causing this error. Indeed could be an issue with the C++ libraries.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-It looks like you have only downloaded the the Revit install file from the website. This means that during installation it will have to download the whole software. This might give issues during installation&amp;nbsp;when the network/internet is not 'stable'. Try to first download the complete software package before doing the installation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-Other software running that might interfer (e.g. preventing updates to the Visuall C++ files). Think about firewalls/virusscanners. You might try to do installation after a fresh rebooted computer and closing most&amp;nbsp;other programs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-Make sure that your computer is up to date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-You could go download the different versions (Visual C++) from Microsoft and (re)installing them manually before installing Revit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-You might try to do an uninstall on most of the Visual C++ libraries before installtion of&amp;nbsp;Revit so that the Revit&amp;nbsp;(re)installs them.&lt;/P&gt;
