Can't find Load Autodesk Family option

Hi, I have been using revit for some time now, and there was an option called "Load Autodesk Family" which was initially availabe. It has not been showing up on my revit file recently. I have tried the 3 options mentioned on the website (updating, resetting UI, and reinstalling) but still can't see that option. Any idea how I can get that back?

Which Revit version are you using? Load Autodesk Family exist in 2022 or above.

I am currently using the 2024 version. It was there when I first installed it and I even used it multiple times, it just seems to have magically disappeared.

I have already tried the automatic reset option by resetting the BAT file for the 2024 version but it didn't work. Do I need to go through the manual option?

Try deleting your user INI file and restarting Revit.

Yes, I did install a few revit families earlier that I did not find in the load autodesk family. And I tried installing the Autodesk material library recently in case that would bring back the option.

My friend suggested that using a revit ini file from someone else who has the load autodesk family option might work. Can anyone give me their ini file to try and see if it works?
