Swappable Toilets in Stall Family

I've got a toilet stall family and within that we need to have a nested toilet family that can be swapped to be floor mounted or wall mounted. Problem is our default toilet is a wall mounted toilet that is a face based family based on the wall. If I swap it for our floor mounted toilet it mounts it to the wall instead of the floor. So does anyone know of good toilet families I can use that are both based off the same thing?

Ah! This is about the Host. Why can't you just make one or the other visible at a time. Visibility Formula for Floor Mounted=Not(Wall Mounted).

I would nest the face based toilet in a non-host family on a ref plane. Then you can use this family and you non-host floor toilet in your stall family to create swapable family type parameter drop down.

As mentioned above: Try using the <Family Type> parameter. Create new Family Types, each Associated with a different nested Family Type.

Family Type Parameter won't work in this scenario. Two differently hosted families. Wall hosted vs. Level (Floor) hosted. If all the Family Types were hosted the same, Family Types Parameter would work well -- as long as each Family's default insertion point need not be changed.
