When you have no floorplan or reflected ceiling plan it stays black. As soon as you create a planview of that specific level it will turn blue

When you check for level 2 - 5, see which level it is associate with. The level name should have the same as associate level.

What you see in the browser are views, not levels. You can rename the wrong levels to the correct names and check if the view names match them.

Add the associated level to your browser grouping to see what views are associated with what levels. This will help you quickly determine if you have multiple views associated with any of the levels (and perhaps just not named correctly as others have suggested).

If you only have one plan per level then you need to check to see if there are other levels that have been hidden or are outside of the view limits (due to cropping, scope boxes, section boxes, etc).

-G

I kept only the views that have corresponding levels in the elevation and deleted the rest. However, as I wanted to rename them, it says that Level 2, for example, is already in use.

Are you receiving the error message when you are renaming the level or the view?

If it's when you're renaming the view then make sure that all of your views are showing in the Project Browser by removing any filters:

If it's the level, then a schedule (as mentioned by others) is a good idea, or even go back to the Plan views tool and uncheck the "Do not duplicate existing views" box to see all of the defined levels in your model (although this method will not give you an easy way to find any missing levels as the schedule suggestion does).

-G

The “schedule” and “floor plan” show different number of levels than those appearing in the “elevation” or on the “project browser”

Then why the elevation or the project browser fail to show all levels?

Back at message 4, after using the plan view tool to create the missing plans, you had a floor plan for each of the levels showing in your browser in one of your screen captures.

Wait a minute...

@JamaL9722060 I just took a closer look at your post that included the schedule and I noticed that your levels may be sitting on top of each other (judging by the elevation of them shown in your schedule):

-G

I already said this earlier: create a level schedule and delete levels from there.

As per the screenshot below, for example, the level of 9 meters elevation is repeated. However, the labels (texts) that represent the level number in the drawing are not clashed. How come?
