Hello everybody. I have a problem with the array. When I base a generic model on a reference line (file A) there isn't any problem but when I specific an angle parameter to the reference line and array the generic model then change the angle parameter the generic models in the array aren't rotating with the reference line. Now I want to know the way that I can rotate generic models in the array with the reference line.

Make the arrayed extrusion a nested family. Load that into the new family and then rotate it there.

Thank's for your replying but I have to use the array and another generic model in just one family because I want to use the generic models in the array as void forms.

So are you saying the arrayed voids need to rotate independently from what they need to cut?

Build the Solid with the Void Geometry (attached) into one, stand-alone Door Panel Family, check Work Plane Based, uncheck Always Vertical -- and then nest this Door Panel Family into the Family that Rotates the Panel. Host the Door Panel Family to the Ref. Line Work Plane. I don't know why you need to Array. What's that all about?
