Curved Soffit

I am trying to create a curving soffit between as shown by the area shaded in green below. The faces of the piers slope out as you go up. I created 2 reference planes at points 1 & 2 below and then added some model lines in hopes of being able to create a line I can sweep profile created on the side of the piers. The problem is I can’t seem to snap to anything on the sides of the piers. Is there a simple way to approach this before I give up and do it in SketchUp? (I’ve been away from Revit for a month or so and am very rusty). Thank you!

Hey @PhilvK

I believe there is or are many easy ways...if you haven't already taken the Sketchup root!!

See screencast..that's one way...can be done with swept blend, blend or sweep, it can also be done with an in-place mass...You can do it with a beam/wall cut with a void... Below I am using just an in-place modeled sweep.
