Hello. How do you do when you need to print multiple sheets into pdfs with one click?

You can not. You will have to use the Print function and set it up as you need.

You can select multiple views/sheets and print them to multiple or a single PDF.

If you want to do it with a single click you would need to automate/program it and create an add-in.

As @L.Maas said there is no quick way to batch print to PDF from Revit without confirming the name of each individual file.

You can print sheets with one click using Docuflow that is available in the Autodesk App Store.
