Since ceilings are system families, the only way you can get a new type into your project is:

Transfer project standards, ceiling types, from a project that has it

Copy the ceiling type to the clipboard from one project from the project browser and paste from clipboard into your project

Create a new type by duplicating an existing type in your project, and modify as needed.

If the Compound Ceiling 2'x4' ACT System is not loaded into my project, how do I load it? Without using or transferring a different template. Is the ceiling family located in a file where I can load it into the project?

Thank you,

Dalton G
