Walls outside of given dimensions

I completed my drawing, but my walls are outside the given dimensions. Can I move them to the given dimensions and will the inside walls conform as well. How should I go about doing this.

Move the exterior walls to meet the dimensional requirements. The interior partitions may partially adjust, for example length of the partitions, if joined to the exterior walls, will stretch accordingly. But the location of them most likely will not change unless you have introduced some dimensions to define the space and lock them. Just manually re-arrange them.
