Yes you can via editing the family...

The real question is should you?

Can you send the family and I will tell you how to make it invisible...?

So many possibilities there!

Thanks, obviously the correct answer to the first question is no, but we know that a certain manufacturer can make the casement to the required size.

I have attached the family and the opening casement which brings up the error.

Here is the family fixed,

Just make sure the lack of warning doesn't stop you getting it from the manufacturer... (...)

In order to edit this kind of family, you need to find it in the browser and right-click > edit. Double click in the main window doesn't work with embed families (panels inside curtain wall for example) !
