From which folder did you load the 'Cars'? Are you thinking to place them as 3D cars, or as symbols on plans and elevations?

"Element de details" sounds like 2D Detail components. I don't remember seeing any 3D cars in Revit stock families. You may need to download them from other sources, for example: http://www.bibliocad.com/library/car_86994

I used in my projects, car images in order to create more suggestive views for presentation.

I used several all ready done families gathered from the network or/and even .png images applied directly in a sheet .

Most of the car families I found , are in Site Category.

they can be :

either

Component (Build>Component>Place a Component - Load )> category Site . In this category I found 3d modeled families or a collection of nested Detail Items (usually they have no 3d representation , but they appear in all ortho views and they a quite high detailed). The car can be seen in any View , (excepting the case of the nested Detail Items ). A combination of 3d modeled with nested Detail Items for Top,Sides,Front and Rear would be ideal , but I did not found such examples.

or

Detail Items ( Annotate>Detail Component) that could be placed on any ortho view (Plans, Elevations, Sections) . Using this method , you can see the car only in that View in which it is placed

Bonjour Morrelle,
