Thanks Yeah I wish that link you gave had some more detail, when it says install using installer and use multi language version it doesn't give any detail on where these features are.It also doesn't seem very professional to me I just wish autodesk would sort the issue as I see many others having the same issue

I am having the same problem as many other people and i have tried alot of the fixes. The company i am with are thinking about going to Revit LT from autocad but to be honest i have spent a day just trying to sort out the templates issue not a good introduction to a piece of software i am trying to promote. Please can someone post me the link of the correct place to download it from so when it installs i will get a template and families....

Hi @roscopeco2000,

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue with the templates and families. The templates and families for Revit and Revit LT do have a separate installer, if they are not initially installed. See this AKN (Autodesk Knowledge Network) article for additional information. Since, you are having trouble with this, I also recommend downloading and installing from the virtual agent. Sometimes disabling your antivirus (if possible) can help for more successful installs with the templates.

Let us know how it goes. We are happy to assist further.

Hello roscopeco2000,

Could you try to follow these steps in the link.

If these steps don't work, you can try to download an install Revit LT from The Virtual Agent
