He basically listed two of my favorite free PDF Printers, namely PDF Creator and PDF Architect. CutePDF is also widely used.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other paid for options are&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.rtvtools.com/rtv-xporter/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer"&gt;RTV Xporter&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt; OR &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://apps.autodesk.com/RVT/en/Detail/Index?id=3151313819991491909&amp;amp;appLang=en&amp;amp;os=Win32_64" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer"&gt;Xrev Transmit&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; (This one is generally also the favorite option among past forum threads, apart from batch plotting, you can batch export &amp;amp; filter what you want to plot/export to .DWG etc.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But, for what you want to achieve, RTV Xporter will most probably be the best $9.99 which you'll spend.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I hope this helps!&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileywink" class="emoticon emoticon-smileywink" src="https://forums.autodesk.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.png" alt="Smiley Wink" title="Smiley Wink" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot print from Adobe Reader. &amp;nbsp;But you do not need to buy DC Pro to print PDF files from Revit either. &amp;nbsp;There are several free PDF Printers can do the same job such as PDF Creator, PDF Architect, CutePDF, to name a few.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BlueBeam is also a good option and it has plugins for Revit for one click export to PDF, and the ability to create 3D PDF. &amp;nbsp;It is not free but I think it has a better value than Adobe products.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Ive tried all the above, free stuff with annoying advertisements but&amp;nbsp;all were more or less ok; however the experience with PDF Architect was more satisfying so to say that I got the paid version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Abode is a rip off! We have the X subscription and it's really lots of money for nothing special&lt;/P&gt;
