Color Scheme not showing up in all rooms

I am using Revit 2017 and have been using color schemes to show the different phases in a project during the schematic design phase. For some reason all but one of my rooms is showing the color scheme like it should be. I have one room that shows nothing. (See attached) All rooms have the same settings. I have tried shutting off floors/roofs/ceilings etc to make sure nothing is covering it up. I have tried Hidden lines view vs wireframe, I have tried switching from the color scheme being in the foreground vs background. I tried deleting and replacing the room. When I cut a section, the same room shows with the color in section view. I have adjusted the view range. I am at a complete loss and I can't bring a drawing like this to a client.... Any suggestions???

Draw a separation line along one side of the wall placed between two columns in the middle and your room will show as colored, then you can keep the wall as a room bounding.

Found out that when the material of the floors, walls, anything in the view has a 'solid' face pattern, it will hide the color of the room fill.

1) you can change the material and erase the surface pattern 'solid'
2) You can choose the floor or wall that hides the room fill, choose: Override graphic view> by element> and make the surface patterns invisible for that view.

3) In visibility graphics you can turn off the pattern for floors in your template.
Hope this helps to solve the problem.
