As far as i know it is not possible to filter schedules "by sheet" - with the exception of a keynote legend.

You can - however - accomplish what you're trying to do in a less than optimal way, by adding a parameter to your doors called: "Filter by sheet", then set that parameter to whatever you like for the doors on each sheet (for instance the sheet number), and then filter your schedule to "Filter by: Filter by sheet equals sheet number".

If your problem pertains to separate floor plans, you could also filter by level.

But in short, no, there's no "filter by sheet" - but it's been suggested multiple times, here's a guy whose post you could upvote 🙂

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-ideas/schedule-filter-by-sheet-like-keynote-legend/idi-p/7064646

HI Masters!!!

In our project, we have given door tags as shown in image, (G-B2-05-01 is Door number and DS-07 is Door type). For the same door type we have different Door number, and each door number has different dimension. We need to show door dimension schedule, only the doors in a sheets. Is there any ways to take schedules only for the elements in a sheet. It would be great if any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply @Anonymous,

As per project zone splitting method, same areas are covered under multiple zones. so we may have same door on different sheets.

You need to create a schedule filter based on a wildcard rule:

- Sheets: A201, A202, A203

- Doors: 001 (appears on A201, A202), 002 (appears on A202), 003 (appears on A201, A202, A203)

- Create a Door instance text parameter "on Sheet", select all doors on the view on a sheet and enter:

      Door 001: enter A201 A202

      Door 002: enter A202

      Door 003: enter A201, A202 A203

- Create a schedule filter rule for each schedule:

Schedule on sheet A201: if Door parameter "on Sheet" contains A201 - doors 001, 003 will show

Schedule on sheet A202: if Door parameter "on Sheet" contains A202 - doors 001, 002, 003 will show

Schedule on sheet A203: if Door parameter "on Sheet" contains A203 - door 003 will show

The fact that this is not a built in function is major downfall of Revit. People are using keynote schedules to do this, losing major time and functionality. Please include in future version.
