Sounds like you need a custom hatch. One that includes the stipple, and the vertical lines.

Programs like Hatchkit would be able to create one.

I am a new Revit user and need some help. I am trying to create a wall with a material that has vertical lines on it and a stucco look to it. How do I edit my material so I can have both. I only know how to do one or the other but not together.

Thanks!

If the vertical lines are not to dense then you could use vertical reveals.

Thanks for the help guys! I actually had never used Reveal before and that worked perfectly. I really appreciate sharing that with me.
