Autodesk Seek in Revit Error

I'm trying to import a family into Revit using Autodesk seek

Problem is it won't load into my project when clicking the "Load To Project " tab

is their an alternative method without having to search to find the folder and copying and pasting it in folder

@Anonymous hello, i replicate what you did and it works fine. just open your bathtub family in your current version of Revit 2017 and save before you load into your project. thanks

@Anonymoushello, i think you are not listening and reading all my replies. i said open your family first Bathtub-Right_Hand_Drain-Sterling_Plumbing-Ensemble-71171120.rfa and save before loading into your project. thanks

please load the family attached in your project.

I did save..in fact I also saved it to the
Plumbing/Architectural/Fixtures/Bathtub directory
and still got the same error message
Thanks anyway..i'll figure it out

Hello, that was strange. Don't mind make another screencast video load the bathtub family that I attached here, I want to see why cannot load. Thanks

When you saved the bathtub and opened it, did you notice that a SECOND INSTANCE OF REVIT opened up? So you've got a project open in one instance of Revit, and a family open in another instance of Revit. So when you ask the bathtub to Load into the Project, that instance of Revit doesn't HAVE a project opened.

1. Save the bathtub family somewhere.

2. Close the bathtub family.

3. Close that instance of Revit.

4. Get back into the other instance of Revit with the project opened.

5. Click the System > Plumbing & Piping > Plumbing Fixture tool.

6a. If you aren't prompted to load a family at this point, click Modify > Mode > Load Family.

6b. If you ARE prompted to load a family, click Yes.

7. Navigate to the bathtub family you saved earlier, select it, and click Open.

8. Now place it in your project.
