Hello,

I have a serious problem with the printing:

1) The scale of the plan is wrong when I print in PDF and also it doesn't print all the titleblock.

2)When I print in a printer the scale is also wrong and during the printing the blank zone of the papes don;t cut (this option is already selected by default.)

The properties of my sheet are Width: 84cm / Height:80.0cm and I have viewports in scale 1:100 and 1:200.

So I would like advices for the printing process fot a PDF and also for a normal priting.

[ For PDF what I need to put in paper placement / Zoom? ]

The 'print range' is set to 'current window', try selecting the sheet you want to print rather than the current window.

And the paper size is set to 'letter', select the format you need there.

The same problems.. When I prinf PDF the titleblock is cutte, so the scale is wrong..

Try changing the setup to no margin as shown below. Also verify that in the titleblock you have the paper edges drawn under the Title Block sub category

With the PDF I hava still the problem [ see the attachments]. In the PDF properties I set up the PDF paper size to be exacty the same with my titleblock.

Any idea why I have a lot of white space outside the titleblock when I print normaly?

The custom pdf page size should have WxH reversed.

The title block is actually 841 mm high and 1189 wide.

I am guessing that you also want to see the outer letters and number so I would make the actual boarder lines of the title block 1 cm out from your current outside line and change the current boundary to either a different line style or an invisible line if you don't want to see it print.

You will need to adjust the sheet size in Adobe to match that...then use the no margin and 100% and it should be fine. I don't have adobe...I have Cute PDF and I used the ISO AO sheet size.

Make sure that printer has the sheet size you need set up in the printer server properties, if not add a new form size

Then select the paper size in Revit

Set the Paper Placement, Offset from Corner to be No Margin

Set the Zoom to be 100%

The setup button doesn't work in order to make the additional cpnfiguration. Some times its ok and some other no. [ I use the Revit 2018]

Also for the PDF I have add new paper size in the Microsoft Print to PDF, put in revit I cannot see the new paper size that I added. Any idea?

Which PDF printer do you use?

Change your default print so something other than the Microsoft Print to PDF driver....once you do that you should be able to see the print setup box. Make sure Revit is closed when you make the change, then open Revit after that. I included a blog link below related to this.

There are other free pdf drivers like Cute PDF or PDF Creator that you can download and use.
