Hello, I am trying to link a CAD File with the topographic file of my project and there is no way for it to be imported correctly.
I keep getting a message that says "the file has geometry with extensions greater than 1E9. Data that exceeds this range will appear truncated."
I click to accept and the file appears, but completely distorted and functioning poorly.

Any ideas to repair the file and make it work correctly? I leave you an image of what the imported file looks like.

When importing you can use the option to specify a Position closer to the Revit internal Origin and then is needed Acquire Coordinates or Specify Coordinates at a Point if required.

Thx for your quick response, but It doesn`t work. I'm going to try to import layer by layer to a new CAD file, and maybe in that way I'll find what is creating this error.

Good luck.
One thing to note, if you have Hatches try deleting those as they have their own Coordinate System and are very problematic when models are far from original.

"Geometry in the file FileName.dwg has extents greater than 1E9..." when linking a CAD file into a model in Revit (autodesk.com)
