Green Building studio Error

Hey Hope everyone is well.

I seem to be getting some issues with green building studios, I was hoping if i could get some assistance. I upload my GBXML file and then it fails on its run. This is the error I get. (image attached with message) I was wondering what is causing this and if anyone has come across this error before. I've provided my GBXML file too, just in case that is required.

Thank you for the swift reply! I'll take a look through this and report back see if it has fixed the issue. Because I just updated the spaces and there's no warnings under the Heating and cooling loads tab. Where its telling me to adjust the limit offset and upper limit. Hopefully this fixes it. Fingers crossed.

I've followed those set of instructions but it still seems to get an error. When I select the heating and cooling loads I get warnings saying there's no spaces in 8 different areas. (I've provided an image to show) But when I select it and Isolate to show it. Nothing comes up, all the spaces are assigned to the building. In the image you can see me selecting every space that covers the whole house. Does anyone know why this is happening? I've been stuck on this for 2 weeks, and I've tried and googled everything.
