Make Elements Editable Temporary leader isn't available when an element is selected

Hopefully I can explain this properly. Currently using 2023. I have elements or groups that are scheduled. If there are (8) instances of a particular group, I can go to the schedule, and select "Highlight in View" and it will switch to an open view and I can see these long temporary leaders that when zoomed out, I can see each of the (8) groups over a very large area. This doesn't seem to be working in 2023 like it was in 2021. From what I can tell it isn't going into Worksets and making a workset editable since in 2021 I can see these temporary leaders (while group is selected) with a workset being un-editable. Due to sensitive nature, Ive limited the view of the snip but you can tell that these leaders appear for each of the (8) groups in 2021.

Second snip, I thought it might be under Collaborate --> Worksets, with the box checked "Show Worksharing Make Editable Controls". Still not showing.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

if temporary leaders are not showing, ensure the "Show Worksharing Make Editable Controls" option is checked under Collaborate → Worksets, and try updating to the latest software patch.
