How to reset type properties to default settings?

I was messing around with the roof properties (changing color, fill, etc...) How can I reset these settings back to the default? Thanks

Probably easiest to just use Transfer Project Standards and transfer the default one from a New Project and overwrite the one in the current project.

...or rename the one in the current project and copy-paste a roof using the default settings from a new project.

Thank you very much for your quick reply. So what I'm inferring from your response is that, if a open a new project, then the family type I was messing around with will be the original, default properties?

What I am saying is that the default is unchanged in the template (rte) on which you based your current project. The default will be as it was before when you open a brand new project using that template. Check it out.
