Did you try turning on Reveal Hidden Elements and then Window Selecting around all that empty space to see if it picked up something?

Hi! I am working in a revit-2019 file in local network and suddenly find this issue-

when we try to create a new 3d view it extends to far & the building is visible in a corner.

while trying to check the issue I found out that in an elevation also the same problem persist as the building goes to corner.

I checked weather any family is creating any issue but couldn't find any.. tried deleting all model elements but kept one line still same problem.

Also checked the any hidden element couldn't find any.

deleted all views and plans as well but the problem still there..

checked the project basepoint and survey point o luck there as well.

Hi

Check if there are linked CAD/Revit file which might be causing that issue.

in VG, hide linke and CAD/Import categories and test the zoom extends

if that zoom correct then issues are with the link...

there are many possibilities which only you can check.. list is endless

1.link cad

2. Link revit

3. Imported cad

4. Model group ( in this case us group and regroup model group)

Best luck
